Requirements
Sourcing new properties for sale and rent. Supporting clients throughout the transaction, from identifying the right property to signing the agreement. Conducting property viewings, in-person meetings and negotiations. Analysing market data and property prices, and preparing reports and yield scenarios. Working with CRM systems and marketing properties across social networks and real estate portals. Maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new client relationships.
