After a direct rocket hit: Shapira complex is being renovated with an advanced, protected residential project

A large-scale evacuation-reconstruction project is underway in the Shapira complex in Ashkelon, initiated by the Beit Yerushalmi (BY) group . After an old residential building was directly hit by a rocket during the recent fighting, it was decided to advance an urgent plan to evacuate three buildings and construct two new 22-story towers.


️ Project Highlights:

  1. Demolition of three old buildings – 4-story residential buildings will be demolished in favor of modern, protected construction.
  2. Construction of two new 22-story towers - approximately 500 new units, all with a central office, modern lobby, parking lots, and warehouses.
  3. Upgrading the apartments in return – each apartment will be larger by approximately 14 square meters, with a spacious balcony.
  4. Environmental development – ​​green areas, seating areas, a new look for the entire complex.
